01/FAQ

Questions,answered plainly.

What ordering actually involves, what you pay and when,

and what happens if something goes wrong.

01ORDERING

How does ordering work?

We talk first. The call is free, it is where the scope gets set, and it is where you find out whether what you need is actually the package you were looking at.

If we agree, you get a proposal with the scope, the price and a schedule — and an approval code. That code is what opens checkout for that package. You pay through Xendit, and work starts.

Why do I need an approval code? Why can I not just buy?

Because a development project is not a product on a shelf. What a website costs depends on what it has to do, and a package bought before that conversation is a package one of us will regret.

The code is issued after the first call, it is tied to the package we agreed, and it works once. It is not a discount code and there is nothing to hunt for.

I have a code. Where do I use it?

Open the package page and press order(). You will be asked to sign in — the invoice and the receipt have to go somewhere — and then for the code.

If it is refused, it is because it does not match the package, it has already been used, or the address on your account has not been confirmed yet.

Can we talk before I commit to anything?

That is the only way this starts. WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you. The first call is not billed and there is no obligation at the end of it.

02PAYMENT

When do I pay, and how much?

For the larger builds: 50% to begin and 50% at handover. Work starts when the first half lands, and the second is due once you have seen it working.

The UMKM package is the exception and is paid in full in advance. It is the smallest package and the shortest job, so splitting it in two would cost more in paperwork than it protects.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment is handled by Xendit. On its page you get the methods enabled on our account: bank transfer and virtual account, e-wallets, QRIS, retail outlets, and cards. You pick at that point, not before.

Is my card safe on this site?

Your card details never reach this site. Pressing pay hands you to Xendit's own hosted page, and it is Xendit that takes the number. We are told the outcome and the amount, nothing else.

That is a deliberate choice, not a shortcut: card fields embedded in our checkout would put this site inside the card-data path, and it has no business being there.

What currency am I charged in?

The Indonesian packages are priced and charged in rupiah. The Complete E‑Commerce Package is priced in US dollars, because it is the package for shops selling outside Indonesia.

The amount is always recalculated on our server from the published tariff. A price sent by a browser is ignored.

I paid, but my order still says it is waiting.

Gateway notifications occasionally go missing in transit. It is a known failure mode, not a sign that your money is lost.

Tell us and we will reconcile the order against Xendit directly. That same recovery path is built into every store we deliver, for exactly this reason.

My payment link expired before I paid.

The order is still there. Ask us and we will issue a new link against it — you do not need a second approval code, and the price does not change.

Do I get an invoice and a receipt?

Yes. The invoice goes to the address on your account, which is why we ask you to confirm it before you can order, and the receipt follows once the payment settles.

Every order also stays visible in your account with what has been paid and what is still due.

03SCOPE & DELIVERY

How long does it take?

The UMKM package and a payment gateway integration: 3 to 5 working days. A full e‑commerce build, in either market: 4 to 6 weeks.

Those estimates assume your answers come back within two working days. They are the honest figures, not the optimistic ones.

When does the clock start?

When the materials are complete, not when you pay. Brand assets, product data, photographs, and access to the accounts we deploy into.

This is the single most common reason a project runs late, so it is worth saying twice: the date you paid does not start the clock.

What if I need something that is not in the package?

We price it before it is built, never after. If what you need is bigger than the package you are looking at, we say so at the first call — before you pay, not halfway through.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Two on the full builds, inside the scope we agreed. The UMKM package has none, and that is stated on its page: the layout is fixed and only your logo, colours and shop name change.

Do I own the code?

On the full builds, yes. The repository, the deployments and the accounts move to you at handover, and you can carry on with anyone afterwards, including without us.

The UMKM package is different and says so plainly: the shop is yours — accounts, domain, products, orders, customer data — but the system code stays ours and is licensed to that one shop. If you need the code in your hands, that is the full package.

What happens after handover?

Thirty days of bug fixes at no extra charge on the full builds, fourteen on the UMKM package. A bug means something does not match what we agreed — it is not a window for new features.

After that you can still call on us, priced per request.

What is not included?

Merchant registration and KYC with the gateway — the account stays in your name, and so does the money. Gateway transaction fees. Courier accounts and postage. Product photos and copywriting. Domain, hosting and third-party fees, all in your name.

Each package page lists its own exclusions in full. We would rather you read them before paying than discover them afterwards.

How long does merchant approval at the gateway take?

Days to weeks, and it is entirely outside our control — it is between you and them. Start it on day one rather than waiting for the site to be finished.

If your account is still pending when the build is done, we hand the shop over anyway and wire the gateway in afterwards at no extra charge.

04CANCELLING & REFUNDS

Can I cancel partway through?

Yes. You get your money back. What we keep is only the part actually done, and we will show you what that is, with the work to prove it.

The reasoning is not generosity: holding money for work that has not been performed is not ours to hold. Work that is finished has earned its fee.

What do I get if I cancel?

Whatever exists is still handed over — the repository as it stands, with a note on where it got to. You are not left with nothing for the part you paid for.

What if I cancel before anything has started?

Then there is nothing performed to deduct, and the deposit comes back in full.

How long does a refund take?

It goes back the way it came, through Xendit. How quickly it appears is your bank's business rather than ours, and for cards and virtual accounts that is usually several working days.

05YOUR ACCOUNT

Why do I need an account at all?

So there is one place that shows what you ordered, what has been paid, and what is still outstanding — and so an invoice has somewhere to go that is not a chat thread.

It is email and a password. There is no newsletter and nothing to opt out of.

Why do I have to confirm my email before ordering?

Because the invoice, the receipt and the payment link all go to that address. An address nobody has proven reaches them is not an address worth sending money paperwork to.

The link is sent at sign-up, and your account page will send it again.

I have forgotten my password.

Ask for a reset from the sign-in page and follow the link that arrives. For safety, the site answers identically whether or not an account exists at that address, so no reply in your inbox usually means the address is not the one you signed up with.

Why was my password rejected?

Either it was under fifteen characters, or it appears in a known public breach. A long phrase you can remember beats a short one with symbols in it.

The breach check never sends your password anywhere. Only the first five characters of its hash leave, which is not enough to identify it.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — write to us and we will delete it. Records tied to a paid order are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and company law requires, which is a legal obligation rather than a choice.

06ABOUT PSWD

Who am I actually paying?

PT Sandi Maulana Juhana, a registered Indonesian company. PSWD is the brand it operates under. The registration and electronic-system numbers are on the contact page.

Is this an agency or one person?

One person, and the site says so on purpose. It is why the answers here are specific and why the scope is drawn tightly: what gets promised is what one experienced developer can actually deliver in the time quoted.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?

Yes. The Complete E‑Commerce Package is the one built for it — priced in dollars, wired to Stripe or PayPal and an international carrier API rather than to Xendit and Biteship.

If you are selling inside Indonesia, the Indonesian packages are the ones you want. Same build, local rails, priced for that market.

What can I actually see before I decide?

Four shipped projects, named, on the work page — with the stack each one actually runs, not a list of logos. Two of them are live shops taking real money today.

Do you take on maintenance for a site somebody else built?

The payment gateway integration package is exactly that: your site already works, it just cannot take money yet. Beyond that, ask — some of it we can help with, some of it we will tell you to take elsewhere.

Still not answered?

Ask directly. A question that is not on this page is usually a question worth adding to it.
