REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to your money if a project is cancelled before it is finished.

  1. 01

    The Principle

You get your money back. What we keep is only the part we have actually done, and we will show you what that is, with the work to prove it.

The reasoning is simple: holding money for work we have not performed is not ours to hold. Work that is finished has earned its fee.

  2. 02

    Projects Paid in Two Parts

Cancel before work starts and the deposit returns in full.

Cancel during the build and we keep the portion completed. Whatever exists is still handed over: the repository as it stands, with a note on where it got to.

  3. 03

    The UMKM Package

This package is paid in full in advance and delivered in days. Cancel before we begin and the money returns whole.

  4. 04

    What Cannot Be Returned

Money already paid to third parties on your behalf — domains, hosting, gateway charges, courier costs — is not ours to return.

  5. 05

A Disagreement Is Not a Refund

Bug fixing inside the support window is free. A new requirement is not a bug, and it is quoted on its own.

Where we disagree about what was in scope, the written proposal decides it. That is what it is for.

    How to Cancel

Write to sandi@maulanajuhana.com. We will send you a statement of what has been done and what returns, and once you agree the figure the refund goes back to the account the payment came from.

If you have any questions about this policy, write to us at sandi@maulanajuhana.com.
