TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by PSWD ("we", "us", "our"), operated by PT Sandi Maulana Juhana. By using this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to be bound by them.

    Services

    We provide digital development services, including e-commerce development, custom web development, and payment gateway integration.

    The scope of each engagement is set out in the written proposal or agreement for that project. Where that document is more specific than these Terms, it governs.

  2. 02

    Scope and Changes

    The scope agreed at the start is the scope of the work. Anything added mid-project is priced before it is built, not after.

    If we believe what you need falls outside the package you have chosen, we say so before you pay, not halfway through.

  3. 03

    Your Responsibilities

    You provide accurate information and the materials the project needs: brand assets, product data, photographs, and access to the accounts we are asked to deploy into.

    Delivery estimates are counted from the day those materials are complete. The date you paid does not start the clock.

  4. 04

    Fees and Payment

    We work per project, not per hour. Larger builds are invoiced 50% to begin and 50% at handover; the UMKM package is paid in full in advance.

    Merchant registration, gateway transaction fees and settlement, courier accounts and postage, hosting, domains, and third-party service fees are yours and are not included in our fee.

  5. 05

    Cancellation and Refunds

    If you cancel partway, you get your money back apart from the part already performed. Our Refund Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these Terms.

  6. 06

    Intellectual Property

    On full payment, the final deliverables are yours, along with the source repository where your package includes it.

    The UMKM package is licensed for one store. Its repository is not transferred, and the system may not be resold or deployed for a third party.

    We may show the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. 07

    Support and Warranty

    Bug fixes are covered for the period stated in your package: thirty days for the full builds, fourteen days for the UMKM package.

    A bug means something does not match what we agreed. A new idea is not a bug; it is quoted on its own, and we tell you the figure before we start.

  8. 08

    Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

    Outages and changes at third parties — a payment gateway, a courier API, a hosting provider — are outside our control.

  9. 09

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and continued use of our services after that date means you accept the updated version.

  10. 10

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
