02/OVERVIEW
COBAKSO is a premium meatball brand that sells through its own outlets and online. The problem was not a shop front — it was that three ways of buying the same food were being handled in three unconnected places.
The platform puts them behind one catalog and one order record. A customer ordering delivery, someone collecting in person, and a walk-in served at the counter all land in the same list, with the same stock behind them.
03/THE SYSTEM

Storefront
Server-rendered and bilingual, so every menu item has a URL that both Google and an Indonesian or English reader can follow.

Branches
Outlets are managed as records, not as hardcoded pages: opening hours, address, and which of them can serve an order.

Cart & Checkout
Delivery, pickup, and dine-in resolve to one checkout, with the shipping step appearing only where it applies.

Order Management
Every order carries its payment state and its fulfilment state separately, and unpaid orders expire on a schedule rather than sitting forever.

Dashboard
Menus, packing specifications, branches, and orders are all editable by the business without a developer.

Point of Sale
Counter staff record a walk-in sale against the same stock and the same order list the website writes to.
